Do you watch August roll around the calendar and wish you were more ready for back to school time?

Waking up early, getting lunches ready, rushing everyone out the door on time and all that homework – it’s enough to bring on whining and tears (from parents and kids!)

With so much going on, it’s so easy to neglect you or your family’s health and let the stress take over.

No one else is going to step in and save your family. It’s up to you. Most people put health stuff off until “someday.”

That’s why there are so many sick, overweight, undernourished and stressed-out families today.

Most Americans think that just getting strict and trying harder is the answer, and they couldn’t be more wrong.

Getting rid of the stress actually means making time to slow down and get healthier.

Why is it so important to “smell the roses”?

Whoever invented that phrase knows the power of essential oils – to help you calm down… and also get healthier.

Of all our five senses, doctors say that our sense of smell has the strongest effect on our mind.

And there’s no denying the powerful effect your mind has on your health.
